A delightful 18th century oak table top chest of drawers. Historic repair panel to the back of the bottom drawer is dated '1816', though the whole is earlier than this.
The chest boasts a superb patina throughout. Formed of two long drawers below five shorter. Each drawer front has two brass handles and moulded edges. Various primitive repairs throughout which adds to the piece's rustic charm. Evidence of historic woodworm, fully treated in abundance of caution.
A fantastic looking chest of lovely proportions; suitable for every room from the kitchen to the study.
